On the sale date, doors will open at 2pm ready for you to shop, where there will be thousands of items available to browse. Last entry will be at 4pm.
There will be an entry fee of £1 per adult (cash only on the door) - children are free.
As you enter, you will be handed a large blue shopping bag to fill. More bags are available if you need them, just ask one of our volunteers. We have a "reserved area" where you can deposit full bags or larger items. These can be held for up to 30 minutes at a time until you are ready to pay for your items. Any items left for longer than 30 minutes in the reserved area, will be put back into the sale. There will be lots of helpers in Hi-Vis vests to assist you.
Items will be easy to find - they are clearly labelled into sections and in a logical order. There are some items that we cannot sell, such as: children's larger bikes, helmets and car seats.
When you have everything you want, you'll go through our tills section. Items are then de-labelled, bagged and your total price is confirmed, after which you will be filtered through to the payment points, where you can pay by Cash or Card. All Major Debit/Credit Cards are accepted, along with Android Pay, Apple Pay and Paypal, plus contactless payments up to £30 - sorry no cheques or AMEX.
After you've paid for your items you are free to browse our various Trader Stands and enjoy a well deserved refreshment.
Please check everything very carefully when you get your items home, and keep all the labels and your receipt, as we offer a full refund service if you find a fault with your items within 48 hours and the item is returned within 5 days. We cannot offer refunds for items reported after 48 hours as payment to the seller will have already been processed. For further information please read the "Refunds" section in our Terms & Conditions.
