Advertising and Trader Stands
Do you want to sell to a 'captive audience' of more than 300 people, all expectant parents, parents of children up to 11 years of age, nursery nurses, childminders and grandparents? And all of this within the space of 2 hours?
Then come and join us for one of our sales!
Trader stands
are charged at £15 per sale, and we will supply you with a table. The way the sale is set up, all buyers have to pass through the trader stands and many will also spend a longer time in the refreshments section. We tend to place 'active' trader stands (i.e. those offering a service such as face painting, cookery activity, craft activity) around the refreshments area to keep the kids amused while their parents enjoy their drinks and cakes.
It is our policy to only have one trader per type at each sale, e.g. only one cupcake business etc. However, if the particular trader stand you are interested in has already been taken for a sale, you can still advertise with flyers in our goody bags (see below).
Trader stands are allocated on a first come first served basis upon the receipt of the form and payment, they cannot be reserved in advance. You can register for all future sales at any point in time, providing you are the first of a trader type to apply. If you want to check first whether a trader stand is still available, please use the contact us form.
Advertising leaflets in goody bags are charged at £10. We will need you to supply 200 leaflets at least 2 weeks prior to each sale, sent or dropped off to the address given on the application form. You can book your flyers to go into our goody bags for any future sale, and there are no restrictions for numbers of each business type.
Trader stand plus advertising flyers - combined charge of £20 per sale, terms and conditions apply as above.
